VMPilates is a group class, very similar to how Joe Pilates originally taught them. They are small classes (up to 6 people) where students are guided by a Pilates teacher. Emphasis is put on students gradually working on their own personalized series of exercises; first on the classical mat, then the wall unit and barrels, under the direction of a Pilates instructor. The focus is on precisely flowing through your movements, gaining independence and taking control of your workout.
