Grace Kim
Grace specializes in helping clients with physical conditions or injuries to become the healthiest, motivated version of themselves. Having sustained many injuries and a heart- related incident that nearly took her life 8 years ago, she understands how pain can affect the body, mind and emotions. While recovering, she started practicing Pilates at Vitality Method and found it to be the most effective yet powerful form of exercise to restore her health, mobility and energy level. Grace is passionate about sharing these same rehabilitative qualities of Pilates with her clients. She builds strength and confidence while increasing performance, mindset and motivation. Her Pilates students always see improvement the quality of their day-to-day activities as well as achieving their highest fitness goals.
As a member of the U.S. Figure Skating Club, Grace is a competitive ice skater and 5K runner. She graduated from Ewha Women's University in Seoul, Korea and holds a Master's Degree in Media Management. She is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through Classical Pilates Education and a personal trainer in Vitality Blast.
Outside of the studio, Grace works as a professionally trained Medical Interpreter at one of the biggest metro Atlanta hospitals. She enjoys cooking, travel, skiing, playing golf, swimming and taking care of her family and two dogs.
