Heather has always had a passion for fitness. She has practiced yoga for many years and is a certified aerial yoga instructor. After having children, Heather began to add weight training for weight loss. She loved this so much that she became a Certified Personal Trainer with ISSA. She also achieved becoming a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist with ISSA and advocates holistic nutrition with her clients. Wanting a deeper knowledge of fitness, and movement, she began a study of authentic Pilates at the Vitality Method Studio. She immediately fell in love with the Pilates work. The changes she saw in her body, and the quick recovery of a shoulder injury confirmed this is what she wanted to share with her clients. This led Heather to become a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with Classical Pilates Education. She teaches with focus and care. Heather always provides support for what her clients need to achieve their personal goals.
