Stephanie Wark
Stephanie has been a passionate practitioner and advocate for the benefits of Pilates over the last 15 years, much of that time with Vitality Method. She has seen first-hand the power of Pilates as she has increased her own mobility, flexibility and strength. Pilates was also incredibly helpful in easing her body’s transformation during her two pregnancies. While trying to achieve better form, Stephanie has completely reshaped her body over the years. Stephanie became a trainer to help others achieve the same benefits and improved quality of life she has discovered for herself. She especially enjoys how Pilates is not just a uniform and tedious form of exercise, but instead requires a total mind and body connection, while allowing modifications to conform to each individual so they may achieve their goals.
A New Jersey native, Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee. She is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through Classical Pilates Education and a personal trainer in Vitality Blast. When not in the studio, Stephanie enjoys yoga, walking, movies, spending time with her husband, and caring for her two young boys and two dogs.
