Tasha has passion for helping clients move better, look better and feel better by developing strength and flexibility in an active, challenging and fun atmosphere. As a lifelong active person in activities ranging from hiking and tennis to collegiate soccer, she discovered Pilates while working through some wear and tear injuries she experienced. Pilates was integral in helping her overcome back and hip pains and retrain her body to move more efficiently for life – even a very active one! Because she realized the power of Pilates in her own life, she became passionate about sharing that with others through her teaching. She is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through Classical Pilates Education and is also a certified personal fitness trainer.
